Maybe you wake up feeling off. Maybe you hate your routine. Or maybe you don’t understand why you don´t get what you want besides being a nice person. Whatever it is, let’s work on what gets in the way.

I work on two pillars: Awareness and choice. Once you are aware about what you do, where it comes from, what drives you to “overdo”, I will offer you more possibilities to act and react, from a place that really feels being you.

And after working for many years with clients, here is my starting point:

It is not about qualities and defects, but more about overdoing your qualities (that then have negative consequences) and not having being able to practice some tools in the first place, maybe when you were younger, that prevent you to be at ease.

The good thing is that, besides having those habits that may not help us anymore (not to say that may have a very negative impact in our life), we have this plasticity to replace or choose different options today, even at a later age.

You may not have been fully yourself up to now in order to try to keep some human connections or believing you are protecting yourself and others.

If you feel off for quite some time and are tired of the same results, there might be a reason you are reading those lines.

My Approach

I partner with you based on who you are and what you need. By this I mean: whether you would describe yourself as a sensitive/empathic or a goal/firey person, my intention is to connect with your language.

Whether you love techniques, words or are more spiritual, I’ll meet you where you are at.

There are, however, two things that are important for me and non-negotiable:

1/ That you get a nice feeling that we can work together and feel safe working with me (you can what me on the “resources” menu or have a quick free call with me first to see)

2/ That you are ready to learn, try and test. My intention is to teach you how to fish, not to give you fishes every time we meet so you would never be able to handle a situation without me. Therefore I like to explain concepts, do tests throughout our sessions and adapt it to your current needs. I want you to understand why we do what we do, and to have the internal proof it works.

Any work will usually embrace those three phases:

1/ AWARENESS

Here we work on who you are, how you see the world and your gifts.

Once you are aware of all this, we also look at what happens when you overdo your gift (and its consequences), what drives you to keep overdoing it anyway (your drive) as well as your fears.

2/ PRACTICE

Here is where somatics usually take place. There may be a few things you need to work on, like working on anxiety, limiting beliefs, fear of saying no or boundaries, lack of “control” etc…

If you have in your head a voice saying “I know I should work on this but I can’t help it”, I will help you find a way to replace those habits by practicing others, from abstract concept to concrete situations or role-plays.

3/ CHOICE

The idea is not to be a different person, but to have more possibilities of response, to become agile. The automatic response to a trigger is not serving you anymore.

In this face you will be able to be more present when facing a situation, and be prepared enough to respond accordingly, from a place that feels authentic and true.
